Who are we?
SCMO is a global logistics consulting firm. We are the trusted advisor to world’s leading businesses, governments, and institutions for any logistics related challenge.
We help them make better decisions, sometimes implement those decisions, and manifest success where there was uncertainty. We are what is called a 4th Party Logistics Provider (4PL) in the logistics industry. We are not a generalist in global management consulting, but a specialist in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management consulting.
We differentiate ourselves from the other global management consulting firms, through two aspects. First we are a specialist, and only consult on logistics, transportation, and supply chain management. Nothing else. Second we originate from the logistics industry itself rather than from the consulting industry. Our people all come from the industry with at least 20 years experience. Many of us have 30 to 40 years in-depth logistics experience.
This allows us to deliver seamless and complete, while often simple solutions to complex logistics challenges. Our in-depth and practical experience brings you the benefits of having tried most solutions in the past, and the pragmatic realization of what works and what doesn’t. We share with you the benefits and lessons of our life and experience in the logistics industry, in a way that is clearly understandable and easily implementable.
