GS5 INTERNATIONAL is a food & beverage wholesaler located in Hong Kong. Our assignment consisted in building their supply chain strategy, as well as implementing it through the selection of strategically chosen business partners, suppliers, clients, and range of products. Their catalogue increased in 1 years from 50 products to 3,000 products, henceforth increasing as much their range and attractiveness.
We also organized and participated at carefully selected events, where we designed the sales and marketing strategy, including advertizing support materials at the booth, so as to position their B2B and B2C image through the thousand-wholesalers-strong market of Hong Kong.
